Driver Experiance
In general, preference is given to candidates who meet the following requirements: A driver’s license of the appropriate category. Most often a license obtained at home is suitable, but many countries require a national license or additional tests. In this case, prepare in advance for the fact that your journey abroad may begin with a driving school. Driving experience of at least two-three years. You can get it on the roads of your native country. Age from 20 to 50 years, good health. Knowledge of languages at least in the basic volume. The better you speak, the more chances to get a better contract. If you are speaking another language (English, German) – your value to the employer (and therefore the potential salary) increases significantly. ADR certificate on the right to transport dangerous goods. This category includes not only gasoline and explosives, but also “harmless” varnishes and paints, medicines and food additives. ADR is not mandatory, but it is easier for an employer to hire a licensed driver so that he does not have to deal with the composition of each load later. “Code 95” is proof of sufficient qualifications to carry cargo or passengers. It is required for driving in EU countries, and you may be required to take a course in one of these countries for employment abroad. Depending on the country and the specifics of work, you may be required to know the structure of the vehicle and have the ability to provide first aid. Obviously, you have to know the traffic rules and follow them irreproachably: the fines in Europe are high. The route of transportation of oversized cargo, depending on the geography of delivery:

Required Documents

Also be alert to the lack of a clear agreement on the payment or wages above the average without obvious reasons (such as the complexity of the work, additional requirements, high qualifications). So be vigilant, protect your rights, and do not count on miracles. Getting a job as an international driver in Europe for the citizens of Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and other countries is quite realistic. The main requirements are driving license, work experience, basic language skills and willingness to spend several months away from home.
